15. CHOICE OF LAW

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Venue lies exclusively in state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, except as provided in the arbitration section below.

16. BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, the Service, or communications from Company shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Florida.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

17. RIGHT TO NOTIFY LAW ENFORCEMENT

We may report suspected unlawful activity to authorities.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Company.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

20. ASSIGNMENT

We may assign our rights at any time. You may not.

21. WAIVER

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
